Where is my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location in the UK.

Where can I find my tracking code?

Your tracking code will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the link and it will take you to the courier’s tracking page with the latest updates.

I am not satisfied with my package, what can I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions.
