Products may be available exclusively online. Colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact monitor display. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue products.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS & RETURNS

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process: Contact us at contact@euphorialondon.store before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancelations: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.

SECTION 6 - FAULTY PRODUCTS & COMPLAINTS

If a product is defective, you may request a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time of noticing the defect. We will respond within 14 days.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links, provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk.
